If you're like me, you spend a lot of time on a cell phone, and if
you're talking rather than texting, occasionally your call will drop.
Why a call drops is another interesting discussion, but when it
does, the two of us spend the next several minutes trying to call each
other and reaching each other's voice mail because . . . well, we're
both trying to call each other.
So, last week, when this happened, my dropped caller and I made a new
policy! From now on, whoever initiates the original phone call is
responsible for initiating all ensuing calls that occur during a cell
phone conversation.
There. One more problem in the world solved.
Of course, if you can't remember who initiated the phone call, then
one of two things will happen: you'll go back to calling each other's
voice mails or you'll never talk to each other again!
